本体カラー8色（①〜⑧）と刺繍の柄（A〜I）の組み合わせをお選びいただけます。

裏面側にカードポケットが2室あります。診察券などをお入れください。
一般的なサイズのお薬手帳が入りますが、念の為カバーサイズとお手持ちのお薬手帳のサイズをご確認ください。

実際の布色に近い画像は10,11枚目の画像です。端末によって表示される色味に誤差がある為、参考程度にご覧ください。

刺繍位置、刺繍サイズの指定はお受けできませんのでご了承ください。

This is a medication notebook cover♪
You can choose from a combination of 8 body colors (①–⑧) and embroidery patterns (A–I).

There are two card pockets on the back. Please use them to store your medical cards and other items.
It fits standard-sized medication notebooks, but please check the cover dimensions against your own notebook just to be sure.

Images 10 and 11 show colors closest to the actual fabric. Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, so please use these images for reference only.

Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific embroidery placement or size.
